Services

We utilize a broad range of traditional Chinese and East Asian therapeutic modalities in our treatments and consultations. These are grouped in various combinations in order to provide our patients with the most flexibility and options. The treatment packages are listed below. Please feel free to contact us if you question which treatment is most appropriate for your condition.

Low-Cost Group Acupuncture Treatments

Group Acupuncture Treatment

Close your eyes, listen to music, and relax in a reclining chair while receiving your acupuncture treatment - others in the room will be doing the same. This group format allows the practitioners to treat four patients staggered throughout one hour of time and thus charge significantly less for the treatment.

Please note the following: 1) group treatments may include herbal prescriptions but are primarily limited to acupuncture; 2) please wear loose, comfortable clothing with pants that can be pushed/rolled up above the knees and shirts that can go above the elbows; 3) unlike the other offerings, group treatments take place downstairs and thus you must be able to navigate stairs by yourself or with limited assistance; 4) if you have a complex condition, your practitioner may suggest a series of one-on-one treatments prior to a group setting; and 5) if you have specific privacy concerns, please schedule a private treatment.

Group Treatment

Initial Assessment and Treatment: $45 for approximately 90 minutes
(Please note that we strongly recommend that new patients schedule an individual appointment for the initial assessment and treatment so we may best assist you)
Follow-up Group Treatment: $30 for approximately 60 minutes
Herbs may be purchased for an additional cost.

Treatments for Children

(newborn to 11 years)

Children can benefit from Chinese medicine as well! One of the cornerstones of traditional Chinese pediatric medicine is a very effective bodywork technique known as Pediatric Tuina. This can be performed by the practitioner, but is also easy for the parents/caregivers to learn and do at home. Chinese herbs can also be safely administered orally or topically for children and our clinic stocks common pediatric formulas. Treatments for children may also include dietary recommendations, adjunct therapies, and even a small amount of acupuncture.
